I'm not too sure... I think somewhere around $160-220 sounds about right, especially since the game you mentioned still retail at a high price. I'd also have a look around ebay and the trading post online to get an idea what they are being sold for there.
Another thing to think about if you look at ebay and the trading post is if you're going to make a better return by selling things separately. This might be a good idea depending on why you are selling the PS2 and if you are planning to use the money to get a new system/games.
Being a private sale I would put it up for the most you want to get and be willing to negotiate a price with somebody that's interested. A lot of people like the PS2 because of the backwards compatability and there are still games coming out. Personally I play on keeping mine, if for nothing else than the Sing Star games that get pulled out a lot still.
