you can now buy a replacement DVD drive with the wiikey pre installed - you just open the wii and swap the cables over - as the drive is not hardware locked it is an easy swap. this way if you ever sell it or something happens and you need it repaired, you can swap back in the original drive. the only thing is that the wii has been opened, but as long as all the tri wing and phillips heads screws are back in the same place and also the labels, then no one should be any the wiser.
