Thought I'd let you guys know that dstore has them on their site for pre order. They are to be released on the 16th of Feb for only $36.65, RRP is $49.95 so it's a great bargain. Shipping is $5.95 on top of that but if you are a new member and spend over $50 you can get free shipping. Has anyone seen these anywhere else for cheaper?

Its a lot smaller then i thought it would be and looks very smart next to the wii. As for the arms that hold the nunchuck they are pretty pointless as you have to disconnect the nunchuck anyway to charge the remote. I prefer to have them retracted and to sit the nunchucks next to the console.

i thought it would connect via the USB port on the back of the wii to power the unit but instead it has a sort of adapter that plugs into the power port on the wii and then the wii transformer plugs into that, its very well done and works very well.

I think it is a little expensive at $50 but Dstores price of $36.65 is excellent and makes it a must especially when it will save on battery's. I know most people will say just get some rechargeables but if you want the ease and convenience of just having to sit the wiimote in its cradle and not have to worry about recharging battery's then its great, and besides when you add up the cost of two sets of rechargeable battery's and a charger then its not that much different anyway. see my linked pictures.

I don't have any skins but i doubt that they would fit in the cradle with them on. theirs not much room only about 1/2 mm if that on both side.
