Be careful guys. Now that the wii is in full action and VC titles are available, they are cracking down on the downloading of their games in ROM format.

You may just get into a huge amount of trouble for getting some games for your emulators and DS.

Personally, if you dont use PeerGuardian you deserve to get caught anyway!!

Anyone who uses Torrents are putting them self at risk, not just of Nintendo chasing them.
Movie companies in particular connect to the tracker of movie files and record every IP for the people connected, email their ISP threatening to take legal action.
BT is great in principle but suffers the major security risk of showing all IPs.

This is fair enough on one condition really and that is they start making more games available then its fair enough that they crack down because they have given people the opportunity to purchase the games.

But i dont like the rule when the games arent available from retail stores.

i agree with you melstorm, because id be willing to pay for the games if they just were available on the VC, but i admit to downloadin some roms before because i could not get my hands on the games even though i tried
