Do get to excited though, personally I think using the tv to browse the net isn't that great especially when you have to use the wiimote to type.

I'm just hoping that they will use the internet for multiplayer games.

thats not confirmation. IMO, firefox will never be on the wii, unless you have modded your wii to allow other apps.

and opera is not at all like the wii version of opera, im an opera user on my PC, IMO the best browser, and more secure too...
