Due to how good the story is about the Mario 360 lady. How aobut all those who work or have worked in retail tell us any good or bad customer stories they have. This was we can all laugh at how stupid or entertaining customers can be.
I once had a customer who bought a pair of cord trousers. Within a week he had spilt motor oil all over them. He came back demanding that I replace them, which I didn't. He rang our H/O and complained. Result, store down one pair of trousers, one stupid customer.
Another time I had a woman wanting to replace her shoes that had broken. We never sold shoes.. EVER.... One stupid customer.
Not all customers are bad though.
Due to the nature of our merchandise, we get a lot of old people on our stores. Most of these are at that age were they just want to talk and talk and talk, most of the time resulting in me being bored. Sometimes however you get some good stories.
I had a guy once that was in WW2. His plane got shot down by the Japanese on an island somewhere and he and his mates spent a heap of time on the run from them. It was quite fascinating.
I also once had a customer that would always buy us a bottle of wine each at Christmas. Happy days to all.
Well, thats a selection of my good and bad experiences over the years. There are plenty more.
Let's hear some beauties from some others.
