Looks like you've got all the best games going for the Wii atm.
If you are considerring a FPS game (which the Wii controls handle superbly) then I would recommend Call of Duty 3 over Red Steel.
COD3, whilst lacking the stellar visuals of the X360 version, gives a really good example of how well FPS games perform on the Wii. The controls don't take very long to get used to, somewhere between an traditional control and a PC mouse in terms of aiming precision, whilst there are a few issues with events in the game where you have to rig bombs or engage in hand-to-hand combat which seem a bit gimmicky. COD3 is currentlythe best-rated FPS game on most of the big-name online gaming magazines (IGN, Gamespot etc...), so if you're not sure about Red Steel, give it a go instead.
As for Madden, I have not played it and am not able to offer an opinion, but the reviews and word-of-mouth opinions have been very positive towards the control style of the game.
Enjoy.
