Ok, so i've had my Wii since launch, and so far the disc light has only beening flashing on for maybe half a second when you turn it on and THATS IT! I saw some youtube videos with people saying that was the only time the light came on so I assumed it was normal.
However, now I have just looked at my Wii, its turned off (well in standby mode with orange light) and the blue disk drive is on. And its kinda slowly pulsating, getting brighter and dimmer and it actually looks really cool!
Is everyones doing this, and have they always been doing it but mine just wasnt working or what? Or is it like an update that has been automatically downloaded? My wii has been "off" all day, but i have a wireless router so i guess it could have still connected and downloaded an update to change the disk light.
Anyway, its cool, i know some people were complaining that such a cool looking feature was barely being used. Just wanted to know what was going on!!
