For sport, the 2009 range of EA sport titles are coming out early October. They seem to be a huge improvement over the '08 titles, and have a few Wii exclusive features. Sports of the range include Soccer, Gridiron, Golf, Basketball, Hockey and I think I might be forgetting one.

Action wise, I'm not too sure. If you mean games with explosions guns or swords, you may want to try out Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, which is a great Action/Adventure title. I hear that Metroid Prime 3 is also a good title too.

Super Smash Bros. Brawl is good, i find it can get repetitive and wi-fi is laggy mostly.

Mario Galaxy is also very fun!

Mario Kart Wii is great...in my opinion the online play is the games strongest attribute
