Super Smash Bros \ Excessive Lag? :S

Okay, so after conversing with bst_strkr & Kiriplant, apparently I was lagging their game while I was trying to join it.

Never had any problems with lag on MKWii, would anyone know why I seem to be lagging dramatically on SSBB??? Or possible solutions?

At the moment, my Wii is no more then 4 metres away from my router, although it is seperated by one wall. I'm using a DLink DI624 Wireless router, and am not capped.



There's my 'net speed.....

... wtf?

No, I don't get lag on ANYTHING apart from SSBB so far. And when I say anything, I've been able to play Counter-Strike & Guild Wars, both online, at the same time, while running MSN + a laptop leeching off my service.

the reason for this is because brawl uses a different type of server to mario kart. Brawl is a lot less predictable than mario kart. Plus for some stupid reason it chooses the slowest internet connection out of the 4 players... So just pray you play against people with all bad arse net aye. By the way i just bought a lan cable thing today and i was astonished to how laggy it was . oh well. Still some games dont lag.

Anyone else using your internet connection? Brothers, sisters. Anyone using YouTube, YouTube really kills online Brawl sometimes.
