Social \ Wii homebrew porject (Wii Arena)

Thanks to the homebrew channel coming in to Wii consoles all over the world I would really like to start a homebrew project. My idea is to make a game like quake3 with full open source material
(eg textures, maps, models) and full network support (multiplayer). Seeing that the quake 1 engine has been ported across to the Wii quite well we could use that engine as a base to build the game, but I would prefer to use Ioquake3 as a base code because quake 3 engine easy to modifie and with a quake3 engine ported to the Wii, quake3 mods could easily run on a Wii (eg UT). I my self can not code to save my life but I'm quite good at art and map making. So please leave comments about my idea or if you would like to help make this project a reality.

I suggest you learn to code. Programming is not all that hard. It seems that in the mod circuit everybody wants to do art, but no one wants to code.
