Three of the worst/boring games on the Wii. Horrible choices.

Truth be told, there isn't really much to get on the Wii atm aside from Mario Kart which only has about a week's worth of playability...unless you got WiFi.

I think you're better off waiting for Brawl in June OR buying some Wiiware/VC titles.

Waste of money, imo. I reckon you only really need a 2nd Wiimote/nunchuck combo and a classic/Gamecube controller. If you already have those, then you need not worry about accessories.

it depends what games you have, if you want to play a lot of VC games you'll be wanting a gamcube controller or classic controller for example.

SMG - game of the year 2007
Metroid - one of the best games on wii(for singleplayer)
RE-UC - was unexpectly a great game (great with the zapper)
Boom Blox - is.... well... i like it??

Super Mario was pretty at most...but hardly worthy of "GOTY" in my opinion. It wasn't nearly as epic as Super mario 64. It was more of a seizure-fest than anything else.
I'll admit, Metroid was good and a perfect way to end the Prime series...but after that's done...what else is there? What's a FPS nowadays without online capabilities? In before Bioshock etc...

Resi: UC was a huge letdown, I have to say. I was looking forward to this game severely. The length of the game was abysmal and you can only re-play it with mates a handful of times tops. Guess that'll teach me to get my hopes up.

If I play/buy a game, I want it to have lasting appeal. None of the above games have any lasting appeal or at least enough to have me coming back for more. This is why I picked Mario Kart as the best choice for the OP. It's fun as hell through single player plus the WiFi capabilities will have him coming back for more long after he's finished all the cups.

Only buy one guitar for now though because i read it will be realeased as a guitar/game/drum/mic($190) package where you can only buy guitars($100) and the game($60) seperatly...i havn't seen anywhere that suggests you can get the drums/mic seperatly yet.

So if you are like me and already have 2 guitars for jammin' against mates. Looks like i will end up getting a third guitar too (not by choice)
