Im selling one! 8gb ipod touch with a silicon case. its the version after the one with the lady in black and it's not jail broken. Hardly touched it has no scratches on screen and a few tiny tiny sratches on the back and comes with box and everything. sell it for $250 if anyone wants it.

and jailbreaking is the process of exploiting a code somewhere in the iphone/ipod touch which allows you to access applications from the installer app.
both ipod touch and iphone can do it
