yeah, im pretty sure the freeloader dosn't void ya warranty, but there may be questions why theres an American game in your wii, but you can always play the dumb card if ya don't want them knowing about your freeloader and say ya didnt know it wouldnt work
but getting ya disc out, if your wii tries to load a non pal game when your wii isnt region free'd by the freeloader it fails and just keeps re-trying and won't give your game back, so to get it out you need restart your wii and before it attempts to load the disc, as in when its just starting to boot up hit the eject button, that should get you your game back, unless your wii is faulty
