Ok, I set it up today. What you need to do is go to Wii Settings section, select the DS dongle connection, it will try to connect, you need to allow it on the PC, if it has trouble connecting to your machine (error 51320 I think), then you will need to turn your firewall off on your PC.

Any questions please ask as I only did it two hours ago.

Rhap if that doesn't work (mine had an error aswell) you simply need to change the channel on the router to either 1 or 11 (mine is on 11).
That fixed it up for me.
