Well ultimately, I wouldn't rely on an overseas seller with a rating of anything under 100 rating, especially one from Hong Kong. I did, however, trust a guy from America to post a game to me who was only around 50 rating, but he had an actual photo of the item and it was only $5 it cost me plus around $10 for postage. It was the Crusin' Exotica game for the Nintendo 64.
