Is it a US copy? If so, their rating systems are a lot different to ours. Their "R" rating is the equivalent to our "MA" I think.

Havent seen anything about a rating yet, but i think that will come once its set for publishing...

Oh and the news i read as mentioned in my post above, was about a month ago... Hopefully something has changed since then...
