My main fear is Phasmophobia- Fear of ghosts. Which leads me to have Scotophobia- Fear of darkness and Catoptrophobia- Fear of mirrors (because some people see ghosts behind them in their reflections).
I don't think there's a phobia name for having a fear of scare videos but i have it. I've seen them so many times but still everytime i run out the house in a fit of panic.
