Personally, I dont like the whole pokemon thing. Okay so a pokemon is a playable character, that's fine, I can deal with that, but the whole pokemon ball items and stages really annoy me.

Also probably one or 2 pokemon playable characters is where I would draw the line. I think melee' had three or something, i'm not too sure, but anyway.

Enough about my rants, how about you? Anything you don't like about the smash bros. titles?

I don't like having to use items in battles (like story mode).
I always fight people with them off to make it a fair battle, nothing more hack than a heart or baseball bat landing in front of a nearly dead person...no skill in that.

It's called "Smash Brothers" Because obviously it's a "Mario Brothers" game, and the "Smash" word is in their because the game is based off "Smash Attacks" to destroy your opponent.
