Mine has never come off, good strap.
lol most people these days can't spell because they grew up in the digital age.
I'm only 20 but when I was at school up until high school everything was pencil/pen and paper. If you couldn't spell you were fu**ed.
These days young kids have spell check...even my spelling has gotten worse since I bought a PC.

desi says:

Just letters? The quality of a language, especially a written language, affects how people think and transfer information. Larger vocabulary means more succint communication, just as standardised spelling and grammar means faster processing. The significance of English syntax and usage is obviously lost on my generation and on the internet. Now let's get back on topic.

My wrist strap has never come off, but I never throw my Wiimote. I learned very early in life that if I want to keep something in my hand, I should close my fingers around it.

Diabollus says:

My 6 year old daughter can spell better than that.

I haven't had any problems with my straps. We tend to hold on to our controllers in my family. Even my daughter hasn't dropped them.

Although my son does try to eat them from time to time if we leave them out.

Mine has never come off, you would have to be doing something silly for it come off, all you have to do is hold on to it, not that complicated. It just baffles me when I see all the damage that has been posted up on the net about flying Wiimotes.

telljoolz says:

Really? I silicon glove everything i touch now incase it is sent hurling towards the TV. Infact I have silicon sports grips on my finger tips so that if I pick up my mug of coffee it doesnt slip and hit the TV.

I wrist strap the toaster to my arm when I make toast incase I drop it and it too might hit the tv. I was using my fridge the otherday and had a brain wave. I should silicon glove the fridge because ... can you imagine a fridge hitting a TV. I don't think it would be a happy ending.

Please excuse any typos, this wrist strap I have attached to my keyboard gets in the way sometimes.

Omi says:

telljoolz - I don't say it very often but lol, seriously lol!

While my wrist strap has never actually broken or come off, I do find that when playing sports or Warioware and you're moving your hands around a fair bit, it does come loose. It's really annoying having to tighten it all the time. They should of designed that little tightner thing so that it would stay where you put it.

At the spelling thing - while it doesn't annoy me terribly, I do find that by someone spelling like that they seem to lose some credibility in what they are saying. It really isn't that hard to type an extra letter or two, but it is a bit more effort to try and decipher it. While you don't have to be a writing genius in a forum, it's nice to read something that has a bit of depth and I find that I look for the people's posts who I know will add a bit of thought to their posts. Sometimes I just can't be bothered to try and figure out what someone is saying so I just skip over it.
