It would be plugging the AV or Component cable into the outlets you have, be it on your monitor or on your graphics card or TV card. If you plug it into an expansion card, my guess is you'd have to run a TV viewing program to get the output to display.

I've done it.
I've got a Leadtek TV Tuner Card that has RGB adapter.
Simply install PCI card, install software and plug in the console.
Cool thing is that I can take screenshots
