By the way, the emulator for wiikey is on the disc you launch it from right? Why would a N64 emulator be any different, isn't the wii is GCN mode at this time, so it would be a GCN build of Snes9x and whatever64?
(i may be completely on the wrong track, but that's how we learn)
(or I may have just committed murder/suicide, it's confusing with all these new allegations)

Does an emulator come with the WiiKey? What is it? How can it run things, seeing as it doesn't have much Flash memory to speak of?

Let me throw in a comment here. The admins re-enforce the rules about ROMs because that's part of their job here, simple.

The rules are set for a VERY good reason, and I'll give you a real example from my own experience. When I started my website my hosting company specifically asked what would be on it, as if there was any ROMs or links to where to find ROMs then they would not allow the site to be hosted. Why you ask? Because another site they were hosting cost them $45,000 because of ROM related content. They were not directly hosting ROMs but they walked that line a little too close and it cost their hosting company big money.

To a degree I walk the line by hosting links to the best emulators, but NEVER to ROMs, the legal difficulties are just too great to bother risking.

So... If you tunnel-visioned people are done crying over something that none of us are ever going to be able to change, then open your eyes to the bigger picture No sensible webmaster would allow ROM content in this country (or most others), it's just a ticking time bomb to having your site shut down and getting sued for everything you've got.
