And if you count applications - I use The Games Factory which is a fast and fun way for making video games.

They currently have TGF II (called multimedia fusion 2) but I havent found my way around the new interface

I just got Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of The Earth for PC and haven't touched it yet. It's a survival horror FPS with no on-screen HUD.
