Well I think it is bad that admins are allowed to bend rules for themselves so that more people will stay happy b'day to them or whatever.

It seems rather hypocritical if they lock a b'day thread for a specific member and redirect them to the official one that all members should use no matter if they are normal member, pwnage member or an admin.
