anyway the dvd changer slots are in the right position but 1(you can put up to 6 dvds in the dvd player)when i opened it all six lots poped out.i pushed a tiby bit on the first slot.then i closed it.when i wanted to open it again it gave me the message CHGR ERR.when i opened the flap or watever i saw 1 out of the six slots out of place.the manual said it will un jam itselt after pressing the power button 2 times. when i did it still didnt correct itself.so i need help
