At least you can spell and use proper grammar. Which is a lot more than what I can say for the rest of the lot on MyWii, haha.

Ease up on the triple posting. You can edit you posts rather than posting multiple times in a row, admins tend to delete posts, if there are more then one of your own in a row.

Elraro, rest of the lot? Oh thanks.

Been playing video games for about 18 years.

My favourite game is still Super Mario Kart
My favourite console is still SNES

Huuie said: Go DOS...seriously if everyone wants an IBM they should know how to use DOS IMO. Hell even windows 3.11 only ran after going through DOS first.

Ah the days where operating systems where 10-12disks and took 2 hrs to load lol

Back in the days when floppy disks really were. Ah, the hours spent in front of a monitor, waiting for the little message "insert disk 10 of 12".

Our first computer was an Amiga (sorry, forgotten specs), which had a dual OS so you could switch between the Amiga system and Windows. Was great 'til my brother wrote a little program he found in a PC magazine called "how to write your own virus". Killed it stone dead.

I too am a "seasoned" gamer getting towards the pointy end of my twenties now. My first computer was Commodore 64, then Commodore plus 4 and then the Commodore 128D. The good old days of pressing play on a data cassette then walking down to the shops to get a mixed bag of lollies while it's loading. I've managed to keep most of the consoles I bought over time and only recently I've decided to start collecting a few more retro systems. So far I have the following:
 • Wii
 • PS3
 • PSP
 • DS
 • Gamecube
 • GBA
 • Dreamcast
 • Saturn x 2
 • SNES (NTSC)
 • MegaDrive
 • Mega CD
 • Atari 2600 slim x 3 Atari VCS
 • Commodore64
 • Atari Lynx
 • Wonder Swan
I used to have a NES, SNES PAL version, Game Gear and Master System2, might have to keep looking on ebay for the these at a reasonable price.

It used to be a reward for good work in our school classroom to be able to go up to the ProBee computer and press play on that data cassette...

Table top space invaders and Bubble-O-Bill icecream. Great memories!
