Super Smash Bros \ Online Smash Tournament?

Is any interested in competing in a online Smash tournament? I haven't really figured out exactly how it would work yet but I was thinking of keeping it basic to start with. Say 1v1 3 stock matches, best of 5, no items on limited stages. It could either be straight elimination style with the winner moving on in the competition or have small groups that play it each one each with the winner of the group progressing. Obviously those who want to compete would have to be regular smashers in order for the matches to get played quickly.

So what do you guys think?
