They'll refund for cash, or if you paid by card they'll refund straight back onto the card. They'll only refund in the same way you paid tho (ie. won't refund cash if you paid with a card).

Yeah same at the EB store at Watergargdens & they actually keep all the lastest catalogs under the desk aswell. Once I found JB Hi-fi had a game for even cheaper than their own catalog but didnt have it in stock so I went to EB & told them the price, he told me the catalog price but I explained the new JB at Watergardens had their own specials so he rang them & they told him the price, lucky they didnt say they were out of stock so I got it for $35 under the EB price.

Dont tell me you pay full price for your games at EB, they are a rip off. Just because they are friendly & stuff dont give them the right to over-charge you by 30+ dollars. I only use Eb as a last resort when I cant get a game from other shops & then I always price match. The only thing EB have going for them is their 7 day refund policy.

As far as I know they wont question you too much as to why your returning it but you do have to sign a return book so they keep a record of the people who return the games so I wouldnt do it all the time.
