RE4 and UC would be best buy advice from me.
If you can get Warioware, Rayman Raving Rabbids (1 not 2) or SSX blur for less than 50 bucks then I say go for them if your on a budget. Not the greatest games ever but the first two are especially good for entertaining friends.
No More Heroes, Pro Evolution (funnily enough we're getting this before US due to the Euro Soccer Nuts), Zak and Wiki and MoH are the games to look out for this first quarter as well.
