I've played all of the above, but I don't own all of them. I only own: Super MK, MK64, MK Wii.
Super Mario Kart: Is much more balanced than the later games, as the blue shell does not exist in this game. I enjoy playing this game, it's challenging, my thumbs start hurting after playing the game too long. =P . I think the computer AI is quite hard to beat at times. This wasn't my first MK game however..
Mario Kart 64: This was the first MK game I played. Of course I had a lot of fun with it at the time. The ability to play with 3 other people was excellent, the more the merrier! Since this was my first, it was a new experience, and therefore, really fun.
Mario Kart Wii: Ah, the day bought the game... Twas a rainy day, nothing like playing video games indoors while it's raining outside. Anyway, the game is great, multiplayer mode seems enjoyable, although I do miss the ability to do GPs with Two players.. The online mode is great! Although it does have it's down sides, it is fun to race against players from around the world. Especially with 11 other players.
Conclusion: I guess it'd be Mario Kart Wii, I enjoy offline multiplayer mode very much, and playing online with the best racers around is also great fun.
