More than just confirmed for Wii, apparently the creators are having minor heart failure over this game combined with the wii-mote.. all because it has a speaker in it and can immerse you fully into the lightsaber battles... personally.. I dont care if its garbage or not.. Im getting it.. lol..

Last time I checked out the offical site there was no sign of anything Wii at all, however I've checked it out again today and the Wii logo is up there nice and proud.. the best sign yet that it IS coming to Wii!!

I'm not to sure about that but i do know the 360 and ps3 versions are using the new Euphoria engine, giving more life to Ai and things like that..the Wii version will not have this but will have five extra levels! This is definately a game to look out for

This is one of the first 'full price' games I've ever bought - I loved the idea of the light sabre duels.

However, the game (so far) is not so much about the light sabre and more about the force powers (gee, I should have looked at the title a little closer).

That said, the implementation of the controls are excellent.

For the more proficient Wii-meisters this is probably a renter, because it (potentially) only lasts 6-or-so hours but an unco novice like myself will get plenty of mileage.

Might even convince the missus to have a light sabre duel too!

The fight scenes then seem like a real challenge and actually imerses you within the game more as you go through the emotions of a fight struggle. When you keep constantly upgrading the force powers, the game seems to become a cruise. The storyline and gameplay is fantastic and gets you really involved. What does everybody think?

I think the story would have been a lot better if the cut-scenes weren't so crap. A majority of the game has decent graphics while playing but then the cut-scenes have dodgey PS2 quality stuff. Although there are definitely some massive glitches like standing on nothing and really bad AI. However after initially thinking it was terrible I've started enjoying it after playing it a bit more.

Got this the day it came out and have to say I’m a bit disappointed.

BAD: The gameplay is incredibly linear (think Doom)

GOOD: Graphics are pretty rad, although Wii struggles with them sometimes

BAD: Clocked it way too quickly (>10hrs vs Zelda 40ish hrs)
GOOD: highlight is the brilliant use of the Wii controls for saber, force and combining the two.

BAD: killing bosses by means of shaking the mote and nunchuck along with onscreen hints… …I didn’t think Samba De Amigo was a force power!

So that’s my mini review I guess. Hopefully one day there will be something that’s more of a Zelda of the Star Wars world. It is worth getting in the grand scheme of Wii games, but I’d wait for the price to drop a bit.
